New Shower Who Dis

Hey yall hope you had a fantastic week!!

So not much has really happened since last email cause I'm a slacker but I'll try to make this one interesting. 

So I'm gunna be honest this apartment isn't the best, but it isn't the worst I've had.  When I first got here the shower was kinda gross and falling apart, so our housing coordinator sent a request for them to come and fix it.  At first, some guy just came in a caulked the base and around it where it's was coming apart.  We saw him again as we were leaving our apartment and he told us that we are getting a brand new shower/tub thingy and that they would be in our apartment doing that, so on Saturday morning while me and my comp were doing our thing - planning and studying - we just start hearing saws and smashing and they were just ripping out the tub.  During all that, we left and did the rest of our stuff at the church so we could have peace and quiet.  After all that. we came back and they were still working on it but they had gotten the new tub in and stuff and they told us we couldn't use it for 24 hours which sucked like crazy.  But hey, now we have a new shower.

Monday was chill hung out with a bunch of people one of my zone leaders is my trainer so that pretty fun and the whole zone is pretty chill and we get to see them on Tuesday and on Monday so that's a huge blessing but that all I had for this week next week I'll have more

Hey yall! Hopw you had a good week and a good 4th.  This week was pretty good. This week was transfer week so things were a little crazy but me and my comp are both staying here in Brookings which is lit, but nothing really to crazy happend with transfers sooooo. But of course we had the 4th of July this week and sadly, cuz this ward is a little wack, no one invited us over for a party or fireworks so we were on our own.  We went to Walmart and bought a cheap charcoal grill and we whipped up some mash potatoes and some steaks. But after that we tried to go and played Frisbee golf and as soon as we started playing the first hole we were getting swarmed by like 40-50+ mosquitos.   Because of that, the second we finished the first hole we booked it back to our car and left and went bowling. Yo Soy Muy Guapo I Guess...

Hey yall hope you had a great week! So this week was the last week of the transfer and I was really hoping that I was going to leave.  But unfortunately, I am staying for a 4th transfer here in Brookings.  Now I'm not upset that I get to stay here, I mean I love it here.  But it's only fun as a missionary for like 4 and a half months and then it gets boring.  But I'm excited as well.  We have some awseome people we are teaching who have a lot of potential. This week we had a lesson with our friend Lowless and he is a super cool guy.  He is from Papua New Guinea and he is a such a cool guy.  He is very introverted and very soft spoken so it was kinda hard for him to talk to the members, but he will get more comfortable as he comes more.  But the craziest thing is that he has only been in the US for three weeks.  He is here with some program where he comes to SDSU for school, but hopefully we will be able to set him on date for baptism. LEETS GOO CHEIFS

How's it going peeps?  I hope y'alls weeks was great!!!   This week was baller we had zone conference so that was swag. Tuesday was just a regular normal day just knocking doors and trying to find some people to teach. Since our area is super big we cover many small little towns and we recently got a referal for this lady next to this one small town called Cumberland. So on this day we decided to go down there to see if we could talk to a few people but it really sucked since literally nobody was home and the lady that we had the referral for said that she didn't want to meet with us yet since she has like issues with her husband so she didn't want us to come over. So the whole like 25-30 minute drive to this small town was all for nothing, so that sucked.
