Busy Busy Week

This week was chill

It basically felt like I wasn't with my comp like the whole week.  On Wednesday we had exchanges with the Elders in the area right below mine called Plattsmouth and it was a super fun day.  Me and Elder Walton had tons of fun and got to play gaga ball with the youth and sadly I lost every game except for the very last one 

Then on Thursday we had zone conference.  It was super weird not having to drive down the night before to be close and make it on time, but this time I was only like 15 minutes away from the building which is clutch.  Zone conference was super fire and I learned so much.  I always love hearing from other missionaries and their perspective on things.  Tight after ZC my district had interviews with President Calaway which was weird but they were super fun.  I always love talking with Sister Calaway while we wait for our interviews, and now that I'm DL I always go last in my district so I got to talked with her a lot.

Friday we had another exchange with more Elders in my district, this time with the Elders in the Papillion area.  That was super fun because we had a lesson with one of their "friends" who is really good friends with some members and their son who is on a mission.  So we had a lesson where he called in with his comp and we were there.  We taught this "friend" and we were able to set her on date for baptism.  It was super awesome because the son, who is on a mission, started to get emotional because he and this girl were kinda dating before the mission and it made the spirit so loving and strong during the whole lesson.

Saturday was boring, nothing happened.

Sunday we had dinner with the best member named Carlos and we took some awsome picture with him with his hats on.

Hey yall! Hopw you had a good week and a good 4th.  This week was pretty good. This week was transfer week so things were a little crazy but me and my comp are both staying here in Brookings which is lit, but nothing really to crazy happend with transfers sooooo. But of course we had the 4th of July this week and sadly, cuz this ward is a little wack, no one invited us over for a party or fireworks so we were on our own.  We went to Walmart and bought a cheap charcoal grill and we whipped up some mash potatoes and some steaks. But after that we tried to go and played Frisbee golf and as soon as we started playing the first hole we were getting swarmed by like 40-50+ mosquitos.   Because of that, the second we finished the first hole we booked it back to our car and left and went bowling. Yo Soy Muy Guapo I Guess...

Hey yall hope you had a great week! So this week was the last week of the transfer and I was really hoping that I was going to leave.  But unfortunately, I am staying for a 4th transfer here in Brookings.  Now I'm not upset that I get to stay here, I mean I love it here.  But it's only fun as a missionary for like 4 and a half months and then it gets boring.  But I'm excited as well.  We have some awseome people we are teaching who have a lot of potential. This week we had a lesson with our friend Lowless and he is a super cool guy.  He is from Papua New Guinea and he is a such a cool guy.  He is very introverted and very soft spoken so it was kinda hard for him to talk to the members, but he will get more comfortable as he comes more.  But the craziest thing is that he has only been in the US for three weeks.  He is here with some program where he comes to SDSU for school, but hopefully we will be able to set him on date for baptism. LEETS GOO CHEIFS

How's it going peeps?  I hope y'alls weeks was great!!!   This week was baller we had zone conference so that was swag. Tuesday was just a regular normal day just knocking doors and trying to find some people to teach. Since our area is super big we cover many small little towns and we recently got a referal for this lady next to this one small town called Cumberland. So on this day we decided to go down there to see if we could talk to a few people but it really sucked since literally nobody was home and the lady that we had the referral for said that she didn't want to meet with us yet since she has like issues with her husband so she didn't want us to come over. So the whole like 25-30 minute drive to this small town was all for nothing, so that sucked. Then when we got back we went over to a recent converts house to help him move some stuff in his nasty garage and when i say this garage was nasty is was NASTY so after that, I just ended the night.
