LETS GOOOO!

Hey yall i hope you all had a great week this week.  Sorry that this email is a bit late but we have been pretty busy.

This past week was kinda slow, but also very fast.  And if I'm being honest I don't really remember what happened up until about Sunday.  But from Sunday till todaa was full of fun things.

Sunday was of course church, and we had a great time there.  There is this one family in Wagner, who idk if I've mentioned them before, but their name is the Chessmores.  They are literally the best family ever.  Yes they're a bit chaotic but it makes the mission life funner.  Anyways, their oldest daughter Mary was able to bring two of her friends to church, one of which has talked with missionaries in the past and the other it wad his first time coming.  But Mary told me that they are going to be regulars at church, which is so baller.

Anyways, after church the Chessmores invited us over to have a lesson with these two friends and to have lunch with them.  And before we left our apartment to go to their house we started to hear a faint fire alarm going off.  I kinda thought nothing of it, but my companion was like should we knock his door?  I was like nah, they'll be fine.  But just as we were leaving our building I received a prompting that was like, "if you don't knock this door something bad will happen".  So I stood there for a sec while I was waiting for my comp and finally I knock on his door.  And our old neighbor named Jim answered and he was kinda freaking out because he was asleep and couldn't hear the alarm.  It turns out he was boiling shrimp and fell asleep while doing so and so we fixed the problem and he was super grateful we knocked.

Monday morning we got transfer news and hallelujah I was transfered!  Sadly, we got whitewashed but I know for a fact it was because we pulled bad numbers -  in fact we pulled the best numbers this area has seen for a while.  Anyways I think it's cause the members don't like my comp but who's to say.  I'm just glad I'm not there anymore, although I am kind sad and I'm also sad that I have to leave the Bartletts, the Chessmores, the Williams and some of the best members I've met and our awesome friend Ty.

On the bright side, I'VE FINALLY MADE IT TO OMAHA  WOOOT WOOOT!  It only took me almost a year and a half, but I was transferred to Bellevue, Nebraska,  which is like south Omaha but so far I'm loving it here and super happy that I am also still district leader and I can't wait for what this transfer has in store.

Hey yall! Hopw you had a good week and a good 4th.  This week was pretty good. This week was transfer week so things were a little crazy but me and my comp are both staying here in Brookings which is lit, but nothing really to crazy happend with transfers sooooo. But of course we had the 4th of July this week and sadly, cuz this ward is a little wack, no one invited us over for a party or fireworks so we were on our own.  We went to Walmart and bought a cheap charcoal grill and we whipped up some mash potatoes and some steaks. But after that we tried to go and played Frisbee golf and as soon as we started playing the first hole we were getting swarmed by like 40-50+ mosquitos.   Because of that, the second we finished the first hole we booked it back to our car and left and went bowling. Yo Soy Muy Guapo I Guess...

Hey yall hope you had a great week! So this week was the last week of the transfer and I was really hoping that I was going to leave.  But unfortunately, I am staying for a 4th transfer here in Brookings.  Now I'm not upset that I get to stay here, I mean I love it here.  But it's only fun as a missionary for like 4 and a half months and then it gets boring.  But I'm excited as well.  We have some awseome people we are teaching who have a lot of potential. This week we had a lesson with our friend Lowless and he is a super cool guy.  He is from Papua New Guinea and he is a such a cool guy.  He is very introverted and very soft spoken so it was kinda hard for him to talk to the members, but he will get more comfortable as he comes more.  But the craziest thing is that he has only been in the US for three weeks.  He is here with some program where he comes to SDSU for school, but hopefully we will be able to set him on date for baptism. LEETS GOO CHEIFS

How's it going peeps?  I hope y'alls weeks was great!!!   This week was baller we had zone conference so that was swag. Tuesday was just a regular normal day just knocking doors and trying to find some people to teach. Since our area is super big we cover many small little towns and we recently got a referal for this lady next to this one small town called Cumberland. So on this day we decided to go down there to see if we could talk to a few people but it really sucked since literally nobody was home and the lady that we had the referral for said that she didn't want to meet with us yet since she has like issues with her husband so she didn't want us to come over. So the whole like 25-30 minute drive to this small town was all for nothing, so that sucked. Then when we got back we went over to a recent converts house to help him move some stuff in his nasty garage and when i say this garage was nasty is was NASTY so after that, I just ended the night.
