Hey yall hope your week was good!

This week was pretty good.  On Tuesday we had some awesome lessons planned out for some part-member family who have recently started come back to church, but sadly they canceled.  This family has been kinda going through it because the mom had a heart attack a couple weeks ago and has been kinda stressin so please keep Suzie in your prayers.

In Wednesday we went over to Winner because the Bartletts were feeding us but sadly we weren't able to help them with anything on the farm this time cause they had just barely gotten home when we rolled up.  But, while we were in Winner we had set up a lesson with Ty and when we showed up sadly he wasn't there, but the good news is that his girlfriend Jackie was down to hear a message this time.  So, we talked about the book of mormon with her and so hopefully we will be able to meet with them together and help them towards baptism.

On Thursday we had interviews with President Calaway and those are always fun.  District Council was scary because it was my first one where Sister Calaway sat in and participated, but it went well and she enjoyed it I think.  Interviews were good.  Turns out one of our members texted President Calaway saying that she doesn't like my comp.  So at this point idk if I'll be staying or leaving.  I'm really hoping that I'll leave cause idk if I can do another, but don't get me wrong this place is fun and the work is actually pretty good but I just can't.

Friday we actually had a lesson with the part member family and we were able to teach her husband and two of their kids which was awesome.  We also had a lesson with them the next day.  But sadly, Wagner canceled church this week so they couldn't come.  This also made us have to go to Winner again this week.  This time we had a good lesson with Ty and also had a lesson with a member and her boyfriend who just moved in to Winner.  Also shout out to the Vandenbark family in Winner for clutching up and feeding us on Sunday when we weren't supposed to be there.

Anyways that's all for this week love you all

Hey yall! Hopw you had a good week and a good 4th.  This week was pretty good. This week was transfer week so things were a little crazy but me and my comp are both staying here in Brookings which is lit, but nothing really to crazy happend with transfers sooooo. But of course we had the 4th of July this week and sadly, cuz this ward is a little wack, no one invited us over for a party or fireworks so we were on our own.  We went to Walmart and bought a cheap charcoal grill and we whipped up some mash potatoes and some steaks. But after that we tried to go and played Frisbee golf and as soon as we started playing the first hole we were getting swarmed by like 40-50+ mosquitos.   Because of that, the second we finished the first hole we booked it back to our car and left and went bowling. Yo Soy Muy Guapo I Guess...

Hey yall hope you had a great week! So this week was the last week of the transfer and I was really hoping that I was going to leave.  But unfortunately, I am staying for a 4th transfer here in Brookings.  Now I'm not upset that I get to stay here, I mean I love it here.  But it's only fun as a missionary for like 4 and a half months and then it gets boring.  But I'm excited as well.  We have some awseome people we are teaching who have a lot of potential. This week we had a lesson with our friend Lowless and he is a super cool guy.  He is from Papua New Guinea and he is a such a cool guy.  He is very introverted and very soft spoken so it was kinda hard for him to talk to the members, but he will get more comfortable as he comes more.  But the craziest thing is that he has only been in the US for three weeks.  He is here with some program where he comes to SDSU for school, but hopefully we will be able to set him on date for baptism. LEETS GOO CHEIFS

How's it going peeps?  I hope y'alls weeks was great!!!   This week was baller we had zone conference so that was swag. Tuesday was just a regular normal day just knocking doors and trying to find some people to teach. Since our area is super big we cover many small little towns and we recently got a referal for this lady next to this one small town called Cumberland. So on this day we decided to go down there to see if we could talk to a few people but it really sucked since literally nobody was home and the lady that we had the referral for said that she didn't want to meet with us yet since she has like issues with her husband so she didn't want us to come over. So the whole like 25-30 minute drive to this small town was all for nothing, so that sucked. Then when we got back we went over to a recent converts house to help him move some stuff in his nasty garage and when i say this garage was nasty is was NASTY so after that, I just ended the night.
