The Big 20

Hey yall! Hope your week was great! 

First off thank you everyone for the birthday wishes and cards! 

Soo I'm 20 now.  That was sum special supposed to happen. It doesn't feel different at all but it's just super weird to have to say I'm 20 years old but I'll get over it.

This week was alright it was a pretty slow week. A lot of people said nah to Jesus, which was a little sad but they'll come around eventually. Something that happend this week, that was actually pretty hype.  One of our friends that me and my previous comp were teaching had moved to Reno Nevada, has moved back. But it's also kinda sad becuase of the reason that he had to move back. But our first lesson with him he asked what he needed to do in order to be baptized so we told him and now he I'd getting baptized this week on Sunday. I know it's pretty short notice but he had already been to church 8 times and had been taught everything but the law of chastity was his big hold up but is no longer.

That's been the coolest thing this week, besides mine & the P Nelly's b days. I can't believe bro is 100 years old like that's crazy but I know the lord is helping him and preserving him for something.

This next week is zone conference and we have 2 general authorities coming to our mission Elder Bangeter and one other dude who is from Africa and I can't remeber his name but its pretty lit cause we get to go all the way down to Omaha for this zone conference which is a lovely 3 hour drive but it's worth it

Hey yall! Hopw you had a good week and a good 4th.  This week was pretty good. This week was transfer week so things were a little crazy but me and my comp are both staying here in Brookings which is lit, but nothing really to crazy happend with transfers sooooo. But of course we had the 4th of July this week and sadly, cuz this ward is a little wack, no one invited us over for a party or fireworks so we were on our own.  We went to Walmart and bought a cheap charcoal grill and we whipped up some mash potatoes and some steaks. But after that we tried to go and played Frisbee golf and as soon as we started playing the first hole we were getting swarmed by like 40-50+ mosquitos.   Because of that, the second we finished the first hole we booked it back to our car and left and went bowling. Yo Soy Muy Guapo I Guess...

Hey yall hope you had a great week! So this week was the last week of the transfer and I was really hoping that I was going to leave.  But unfortunately, I am staying for a 4th transfer here in Brookings.  Now I'm not upset that I get to stay here, I mean I love it here.  But it's only fun as a missionary for like 4 and a half months and then it gets boring.  But I'm excited as well.  We have some awseome people we are teaching who have a lot of potential. This week we had a lesson with our friend Lowless and he is a super cool guy.  He is from Papua New Guinea and he is a such a cool guy.  He is very introverted and very soft spoken so it was kinda hard for him to talk to the members, but he will get more comfortable as he comes more.  But the craziest thing is that he has only been in the US for three weeks.  He is here with some program where he comes to SDSU for school, but hopefully we will be able to set him on date for baptism. LEETS GOO CHEIFS

How's it going peeps?  I hope y'alls weeks was great!!!   This week was baller we had zone conference so that was swag. Tuesday was just a regular normal day just knocking doors and trying to find some people to teach. Since our area is super big we cover many small little towns and we recently got a referal for this lady next to this one small town called Cumberland. So on this day we decided to go down there to see if we could talk to a few people but it really sucked since literally nobody was home and the lady that we had the referral for said that she didn't want to meet with us yet since she has like issues with her husband so she didn't want us to come over. So the whole like 25-30 minute drive to this small town was all for nothing, so that sucked. Then when we got back we went over to a recent converts house to help him move some stuff in his nasty garage and when i say this garage was nasty is was NASTY so after that, I just ended the night.
