Last Dance

Hey yall!


Sorry for the late email, I decided to hold this one off this today because today we had our last Zone Confrence with President Bailey. And man I'll tell you what it was such a spiritual day. I don't think I've ever felt the spirit stronger than what was in that Zone Confrence. It was only a little sad because that was the first time that I had seen President Bailey cry and man that almost made me cry. I'm gunna miss that guy


We also had our last interviews with him and it was the best interview I've ever had. This guy is a spiritual giant with a massive amount of knowledge. It was also the best interview becuae I got a hug from him instead of the usual fist bump.


Anyways other than having to say goodbye to prez we had a pretty good week we did a bit of service for a member here we have been helping him build his little apartment. We also did service at a Lutheran church where they make boxes of food for people.  They call it feeding Brookings and it was really fun because lowkey that was the first time I had ever been in another faiths church.  It was cool because all the people were super nice.


Our friend Carol and her family did not make it to church this week so she will not be getting baptized this week so that is a bummer.  I know that she is trying really hard to make it because she is trying so hard to change her sleep schedule to be able to make it so keep praying for her

We learn from Elder Keron that this gosple is designed in a way to bring us back and we know that God works in unpredictable ways and we may never know what is coming but his gosple is the most simple and easy thing for us to follow and being able to have access to covenants that help us along the way will guide is straight back to Him but we still need to be obedient and honor them.

Hey yall! Hopw you had a good week and a good 4th.  This week was pretty good. This week was transfer week so things were a little crazy but me and my comp are both staying here in Brookings which is lit, but nothing really to crazy happend with transfers sooooo. But of course we had the 4th of July this week and sadly, cuz this ward is a little wack, no one invited us over for a party or fireworks so we were on our own.  We went to Walmart and bought a cheap charcoal grill and we whipped up some mash potatoes and some steaks. But after that we tried to go and played Frisbee golf and as soon as we started playing the first hole we were getting swarmed by like 40-50+ mosquitos.   Because of that, the second we finished the first hole we booked it back to our car and left and went bowling. Yo Soy Muy Guapo I Guess...

Hey yall hope you had a great week! So this week was the last week of the transfer and I was really hoping that I was going to leave.  But unfortunately, I am staying for a 4th transfer here in Brookings.  Now I'm not upset that I get to stay here, I mean I love it here.  But it's only fun as a missionary for like 4 and a half months and then it gets boring.  But I'm excited as well.  We have some awseome people we are teaching who have a lot of potential. This week we had a lesson with our friend Lowless and he is a super cool guy.  He is from Papua New Guinea and he is a such a cool guy.  He is very introverted and very soft spoken so it was kinda hard for him to talk to the members, but he will get more comfortable as he comes more.  But the craziest thing is that he has only been in the US for three weeks.  He is here with some program where he comes to SDSU for school, but hopefully we will be able to set him on date for baptism. LEETS GOO CHEIFS

How's it going peeps?  I hope y'alls weeks was great!!!   This week was baller we had zone conference so that was swag. Tuesday was just a regular normal day just knocking doors and trying to find some people to teach. Since our area is super big we cover many small little towns and we recently got a referal for this lady next to this one small town called Cumberland. So on this day we decided to go down there to see if we could talk to a few people but it really sucked since literally nobody was home and the lady that we had the referral for said that she didn't want to meet with us yet since she has like issues with her husband so she didn't want us to come over. So the whole like 25-30 minute drive to this small town was all for nothing, so that sucked. Then when we got back we went over to a recent converts house to help him move some stuff in his nasty garage and when i say this garage was nasty is was NASTY so after that, I just ended the night.
