Hype Week

Sup peeps hope ur week was good!


This week was the first full week of the transfer and it went pretty well.  It started of very slow but we were able to get into a groove near the end of the week and clutch our numbers a bit.  It was also hype that we set a bunch of people on date.  We set our friend named Daniel on date again, but we won't make his date again.  But, he finally got married.  He just needs to come to church one more time and have an interview with our mission president.  We also set a friend of one of our recent converts on date and he seems pretty solid, especially if the recent convert will be able to baptize him.  Then, we set these 4 girls on date from this African family that is super cool, but they are not very solid so hopefully they will get better the more we go over.


This week we had stake conference which was sick.  But, it was sad cause only one of our 20 recent converts showed up and no investigators.  All we can really do is invite them.  It was fun to have church with all the other missionaries.


Turns out our apartment at the moment is a absolute mess.  We have a little bit of black mold, roaches, and bed bug problem. But the weird thing is that the bed bug are some how only in my bed, so I've been getting bit like crazy!  It sucks that we can't move cause the lease doesn't end for a year and they don't want to pay it off so they just told us everything that we can do to clean it up.

Temples are hype and the place that we can be the closest to God 


Nothing else really happend this week and I don't think I took a single pic this week but I'll make sure to take some next week

Hey yall! Hopw you had a good week and a good 4th.  This week was pretty good. This week was transfer week so things were a little crazy but me and my comp are both staying here in Brookings which is lit, but nothing really to crazy happend with transfers sooooo. But of course we had the 4th of July this week and sadly, cuz this ward is a little wack, no one invited us over for a party or fireworks so we were on our own.  We went to Walmart and bought a cheap charcoal grill and we whipped up some mash potatoes and some steaks. But after that we tried to go and played Frisbee golf and as soon as we started playing the first hole we were getting swarmed by like 40-50+ mosquitos.   Because of that, the second we finished the first hole we booked it back to our car and left and went bowling. Yo Soy Muy Guapo I Guess...

Hey yall hope you had a great week! So this week was the last week of the transfer and I was really hoping that I was going to leave.  But unfortunately, I am staying for a 4th transfer here in Brookings.  Now I'm not upset that I get to stay here, I mean I love it here.  But it's only fun as a missionary for like 4 and a half months and then it gets boring.  But I'm excited as well.  We have some awseome people we are teaching who have a lot of potential. This week we had a lesson with our friend Lowless and he is a super cool guy.  He is from Papua New Guinea and he is a such a cool guy.  He is very introverted and very soft spoken so it was kinda hard for him to talk to the members, but he will get more comfortable as he comes more.  But the craziest thing is that he has only been in the US for three weeks.  He is here with some program where he comes to SDSU for school, but hopefully we will be able to set him on date for baptism. LEETS GOO CHEIFS

How's it going peeps?  I hope y'alls weeks was great!!!   This week was baller we had zone conference so that was swag. Tuesday was just a regular normal day just knocking doors and trying to find some people to teach. Since our area is super big we cover many small little towns and we recently got a referal for this lady next to this one small town called Cumberland. So on this day we decided to go down there to see if we could talk to a few people but it really sucked since literally nobody was home and the lady that we had the referral for said that she didn't want to meet with us yet since she has like issues with her husband so she didn't want us to come over. So the whole like 25-30 minute drive to this small town was all for nothing, so that sucked. Then when we got back we went over to a recent converts house to help him move some stuff in his nasty garage and when i say this garage was nasty is was NASTY so after that, I just ended the night.
