Thanksgiving

Howdy yall hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!


This week was pretty good. Our mission president gave us two p days this week so we had our normal Monday p day and on Thanksgiving we had an all day p day which was pretty fun. Our branch president had us over for dinner and board games which is always fun and we also helped him serve dinner and lunch for this old folks home that he works for but for me it was ez-pz having worked for an old folks home before.


This week we also had interviews with our mission prez.  It was super fun to finally get to talk to him and I found out that their daughter served in the same mission as Nick and Dani so that was super fun to make that connection with them.


This next week we are having exchanged again with out DL but this time in their area it honestly feels like we have had exchanges like every week but we haven't.  It's always nice to be with other missionaries cause sometime my comp makes me wanna strangle him but we get by and most the time, we are chill.


It finally snowed this week which made me really sad because snow is not fun if you aren't skiing and i am not ready for the cold hopefully these winter months go by fast.

Hey yall! Hopw you had a good week and a good 4th.  This week was pretty good. This week was transfer week so things were a little crazy but me and my comp are both staying here in Brookings which is lit, but nothing really to crazy happend with transfers sooooo. But of course we had the 4th of July this week and sadly, cuz this ward is a little wack, no one invited us over for a party or fireworks so we were on our own.  We went to Walmart and bought a cheap charcoal grill and we whipped up some mash potatoes and some steaks. But after that we tried to go and played Frisbee golf and as soon as we started playing the first hole we were getting swarmed by like 40-50+ mosquitos.   Because of that, the second we finished the first hole we booked it back to our car and left and went bowling. Yo Soy Muy Guapo I Guess...

Hey yall hope you had a great week! So this week was the last week of the transfer and I was really hoping that I was going to leave.  But unfortunately, I am staying for a 4th transfer here in Brookings.  Now I'm not upset that I get to stay here, I mean I love it here.  But it's only fun as a missionary for like 4 and a half months and then it gets boring.  But I'm excited as well.  We have some awseome people we are teaching who have a lot of potential. This week we had a lesson with our friend Lowless and he is a super cool guy.  He is from Papua New Guinea and he is a such a cool guy.  He is very introverted and very soft spoken so it was kinda hard for him to talk to the members, but he will get more comfortable as he comes more.  But the craziest thing is that he has only been in the US for three weeks.  He is here with some program where he comes to SDSU for school, but hopefully we will be able to set him on date for baptism. LEETS GOO CHEIFS

How's it going peeps?  I hope y'alls weeks was great!!!   This week was baller we had zone conference so that was swag. Tuesday was just a regular normal day just knocking doors and trying to find some people to teach. Since our area is super big we cover many small little towns and we recently got a referal for this lady next to this one small town called Cumberland. So on this day we decided to go down there to see if we could talk to a few people but it really sucked since literally nobody was home and the lady that we had the referral for said that she didn't want to meet with us yet since she has like issues with her husband so she didn't want us to come over. So the whole like 25-30 minute drive to this small town was all for nothing, so that sucked. Then when we got back we went over to a recent converts house to help him move some stuff in his nasty garage and when i say this garage was nasty is was NASTY so after that, I just ended the night.
